CATTIVA ARTIST – 40 % discount for artists with agency representation, tear sheets, union membership, film or TV credits

CATTIVA APPRENTICE – 30% discount for students enrolled in a makeup artistry program or school

CATTIVA INDUSTRY – 20% discount for non-makeup artist industry professionals including actors, models and designers

CATTIVA Beauty Program Terms and Conditions

CATTIVA Cosmetics (alternatively, "CATTIVA" "We", "Us" or "Our"), maintains this website located at cattivacosmetics.com and its associated and/or successor websites, web pages, content and other materials (collectively the "Site") to provide to its customers ("You" or "Your") information about CATTIVA, its products, services ("Products") and the beauty industry. You have expressed interest in participating in the CATTIVA Beauty Program (The Program) as either a model or a makeup artist under The Program. You acknowledge, agree to and certify that You (i) have read and understood the CATTIVA Website Polices, Terms and Conditions required for use of the Site, (ii) agree to be fully bound by such Terms of Use (the terms and conditions of which are incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein) and (iii) agree to these Artist Terms and Conditions.

1. Qualification

To qualify as an artist under the CATTIVA Beauty Program, you must first create an account at cattivacosmetics.com.  After creating an account, you must select your profession as either makeup artist or model and submit your resume and one example of working status evidence to CATTIVApro@cattivacosmetics.com.  CATTIVA will review (i) your resume and (ii) one other example of evidence that you are a working makeup artist or model. Examples of working status include, but are not limited to, copies of invoices, business letterhead, promotional materials or tear sheets. Submissions to qualify as a makeup artist should include your Tax Identification Number of the business. CATTIVA will review your submission and respond within one calendar week. Once you submission has been approved, You will receive a code for the Site which will provide You with special pricing applicable to your status as either a makeup artist or model. We reserve the right to periodically request updated evidence from You to confirm that You continue to be a working makeup artist or model. The same type of evidence that initially qualified You as an Artist in the CATTIVA Beauty Program will suffice to confirm Your continuing qualification.

2. Discount

As a qualified makeup artist of the CATTIVA Beauty Program, you will receive a 40% discount on CATTIVA Cosmetics that You purchase through the Site.  As a current enrolled student in a qualified makeup program or school, you will receive a 30% discount on CATTIVA Cosmetics that You purchase through the Site. As a qualified model of the CATTIVA Beauty Program, you will receive a 20% discount on CATTIVA products that You purchase through the Site.

For the purpose of calculating your discounts, they shall only apply to Product purchased directly from cattivacosmetics.com. Any Products purchased from any other source shall not be eligible for any discounts through the CATTIVA Beauty Program.  Discounts may not be combined with any other discounts or promotions.

3. Limitations

The primary purpose of the Program is to encourage Artists to purchase Products from Our Site for their own use. CATTIVA Cosmetics reserves the right to sue You for contractual breach of these terms and conditions.
