How do I sign up?
If you have an account on cattivacosmetics.com, you already are signed up. If you do not yet have an account, just click on the link below, create an account and you will be enrolled into the program.
How do I keep track of my "Principessa Points" Rewards balance?
Log onto your cattivacosmetics.com account, click on My Account and look at the "My Rewards" section. By clicking "View Details" you can see the transaction activity resulting in the current balance.
How do I convert my points for "CATTIVA CASH"?
Log onto your cattivacosmetics.com account, click on My Account and look at the "My Rewards" section. By clicking "Redeem" you will be able to view the reward packages available. Click "Redeem" under the product you prefer. You will be emailed a Gift Certificate code to use on your next purchase.
How do I use my "Principessa Points" for purchases?
After redeeming your points for "CATTIVA Cash", you will receive an email with the Gift Certificate code that can be used on any future purchases. Simply enter the code into the "Apply Coupon" field during checkout.
Do my reward points expire?
Principessa points never expire.
What else do I need to know?
* Principessa points are not available on all CATTIVA products. Applicable points are always displayed on the product page under the photo.
* Principessa points are automatically added to your account after your order is placed and can be used on your next purchase.
* CATTIVA Cash and gift certificates can not be redeemed for cash, and can only be used on cattivacosmetics.com
* CATTIVA reserves the right to alter the rewards program at any time.
