We hope you love your new CATTIVA products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange products purchased at CattivaCosmetics.com within 30 days. Please send the products you wish to return or exchange in the original packaging, along with a completed Return/Exchange Form to the address below. If you received a free gift and you are returning your entire order, you must include the free gift with your return. Products purchased at CattivaCosmetics.com may not be returned or exchanged at any retail store location. Cattiva Cosmetics purchased at a retail store location are subject to that retailer’s return policy. There are NO refunds on personalized products because of the uniqueness of the product.
CATTIVA Cosmetics does not pay for shipping and handling on returns and exchanges. To protect you from package loss, we recommend that you track your return package to confirm that we received it. CATTIVA Cosmetics is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment.
When we receive your merchandise, we’ll refund the full product purchase price in the original form of payment. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time we receive your return for your credit to be processed.
Products purchased at CattivaCosmetics.com that you wish to exchange should be sent to Cattiva Cosmetics at the address listed below with the original packaging and a completed Return/Exchange Form. Upon receipt of the original order items, the exchange will be processed. Please allow up to 2 weeks for shipment of your newly selected items. If you are simply exchanging the same product type for a different shade there will be no new credit card processing necessary. If you are making an exchange for a product with a lesser value, you will be credited only the difference in price between the products. If your new order total is greater than your original order, a customer service representative will contact you for your payment information.
